Solaris & Orion, white wine
A dry white wine, fresh and with balanced acidity and body from barrel aging. The taste offers notes of citrus and crisp green apples, while the aroma leads the mind to elderflower and gooseberry.
2/3 Solaris and 1/3 Orion. Macerated with the skins for 3 days before pressing. Spontaneously fermented, unfiltered and only minimal amounts of sulfites added at bottling.
